Gerrald's computerized control units easily and precisely manage temperature by controlling fans, humidifiers, refrigeration systems and Thermadors®.
Vidalia Sweet Onions are harvested and stored in ventilated rectangular Macrobins® for better quality and improved shelf life. This keeps onions fresh for months on end, extending the shipping season into the fall.
